Liyu Lake is a pearl in the East Longitudinal Valley. The surrounding mountains are reflected on the lake, allowing people to surround themselves with the scenery of the mountains and water.

We will kayak across the lake, taking the closest route to the water, slowly approaching birds perched in the treetops and savoring the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

After enjoying local delicacies, we will put on our hiking shoes, pick up our backpacks, and set off on the Liyu Mountain Trail. The rich vegetation of the low-altitude forest supports diverse wildlife, with the constant chirping of birds and the occasional appearance of Taiwanese macaques. A special highlight is reaching the summit of Liyu Mountain, 601 meters above sea level, where we will be rewarded with breathtaking views of
the Pacific Ocean and the famous Coast Mountains—an unforgettable payoff for the effort of the hike.
